About Royal Botanic Garden

Downtown fades behind you as you follow the paths between trees and flower beds in the botanic garden. The walk can follow Farm Cove before continuing to the Opera House. It is a good excuse to finally sit in the shade.

The garden sits on Gadigal Country and offers First Nations activities led by guides; check the program in advance. General entry is free, but gates and hours vary; choose your route knowing where you plan to exit.
