About Prater and Ferris Wheel
Red cabins rise slowly on the Ferris wheel while other rides insist on spinning fast. The Prater joins this amusement park, the Wurstelprater, to a large green area. After the quiet apartments, lights and noise change the pace.
The amusement area has free entry and you pay per ride. The Ferris wheel has its own ticket and calendar; the rest varies with the season and the weather. In the cold, check what will be open before you head over; in the heat, try the green part as well.
