About Arts District — 18b

A Main Street shop window might hold a print, a record or an object you never planned to carry home. The Arts District brings together galleries, studios and vintage shops in former commercial and industrial buildings. The Arts Factory helps introduce the scene.

Go in late morning or in the afternoon and step into a few shops, without turning the neighborhood into a museum checklist. First Friday usually brings extra programming, but each business keeps its own hours. Coffee and lunch suit the pace of the area.
